1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:

Courses that are canceled by BKVVS.
Duplicate payments made in error.
Students who withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and have not accessed course materials.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Requests made after 7 days of enrollment.
Courses already accessed or completed by the student.
Failure to attend classes or complete assignments.
